My number one choice is CREATING MOMENTS OF JOY by Jolene Brackey. A friend in geriatric care gave this book to me years ago, saying some pages would fit my Mom others would not. By now, I think just about all the pages have applied. The ideas are quick, effective suggestions that are an easy read. I have given and loaned many copies.The consensus from all of the recipients is- "It's invaluable!" Buy them for all your family members. You must have this book!!!! - The Alzheimers Store. Fiddle Twiddle is a muff that not only warms the hands but has activities. My mom has the plaid one. It has been a real comfort to her.
- Craggy Mountain Music for Lap Harps. They sell beautiful ones that hold their tune. Worth the investment. I purchased a black one so when Mom strummed she could see the contrast of the strings.
